Live Online/Webcast Coaching
Links to the software required to access live online coaching/webcast sessions are sent through electronic mail. These software can be downloaded on your PC/laptop. After successful payment, user id and password are generated and sent through e-mails. It takes upto 48 hours to process an order after receiving payment. Live online/Webcast classes usually start within 2 days after enrollment is completed.
Online Coaching
CD’s and DVD’s for online coaching material are delivered through Speed Post service of India Post. It takes 4 – 7 business days for the item to reach customer. After we send the material, a mail with tracking id is sent to the customer. Movement of coaching material can then be tracked through website of India Post at the address given below:

Books and Calculators
Books and Calculators are delivered through Express Parcel service of India Post. It takes upto 7 business days for the item to reach customer.
